Seller and acceptance
The service is provided by MARCO BARRICIELLO, trading as LEAKLOCK Travel, based in Australia. You contract with this seller. By continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. You must be of legal age and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.
The service
The early-access planner creates a draft itinerary from places you enter. It does not provide live routing, venue information, bookings or professional advice. You must check opening hours, distances, reservations and travel times. Input editing and local draft saving are available; the full itinerary requires a verified Trip Pass. A Trip Pass is a one-time payment for one itinerary of one trip; online access to that itinerary, its same-trip edits and its private recovery link has no expiry date. A different trip requires a new Trip Pass. Service may change and uninterrupted or error-free performance is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to interfere with security. Malware, unauthorized probing, scraping and circumvention of technical limits are prohibited. You are responsible for your inputs and for having the rights to use them.
Intellectual property
The seller retains ownership of the software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. You retain rights in your own input. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; you may not resell or redistribute the software.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This applies when paid orders open. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. No payment is taken in early access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment when paid orders are available, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Local drafts and downloads remain on your device; no account-based itinerary storage is currently provided.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, or liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Governing law
The laws of Australia govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
